Plenty of tradies only chase the big jobs. We'll come out for the small ones too, quickly and at a clear price.
Fix-it call-outs
A gate that won't latch, a filter or pump swap, a leak check, a pool that's turned overnight, green waste to go, or a few pavers to relay. $120 call-out, including the first 30 minutes on site, then $30 per 15 minutes. Parts extra. Bigger fixes get a fixed quote first.
Age-friendly backyards
Handrails at the pool steps, non-slip surfaces, step-free paths and safer gates, so you or your parents can keep enjoying the backyard. Free look and a fixed quote. If you're on Support at Home, ask your provider whether the work can be covered, and we'll work with them.

How much does a pool service cost?
Regular care is $79 a fortnight or $90 a month, and a one-off full service is $110. All prices include GST, plus chemicals at what your pool actually uses. Refer friends and your regular price drops as low as $67.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Stay because you're happy with the water, not because you signed something. You can pause or cancel any time.
Do I need to be home?
Usually not. As long as we can get to the pool, we'll do the job and let you know when we're done.
My pool is green. Can you fix it?
Yes. We'll do a recovery clean to bring it back, then keep it clear with regular visits. You'll get the price before we start.
How long does a new interior take?
An epoxy interior is about three days on site, then seven days to cure before we fill. Pebble and glass bead depend on the pool, and your quote includes an exact timeline.
Which interior is right for my pool?
Epoxy gives a fresh, glossy colour and is great value. Pebblecrete is tough and natural-looking. Glass bead adds sparkle and feels smooth underfoot. We'll look at your pool and recommend the best fit.

Do you come to my area?
We cover everywhere from Sydney to Newcastle, including the Central Coast (Gosford, Terrigal, Erina, Tuggerah, Wyong and The Entrance), Lake Macquarie, Hornsby, the Hills District and the Northern Beaches. If you're not sure, just ask.
Do you just clean pools?
No. Alongside regular pool care we do epoxy, pebblecrete and glass bead interiors, repairs like leaks and skimmer boxes, pumps, filters, chlorinators and heaters, and landscaping around the pool. One crew, one number to call.
Which pool equipment brands do you use?
We supply, fit and service Waterco, Saltmate and Zodiac gear, so parts are easy to get and built to last.

Do you do small jobs?
Yes. Fix-it call-outs are $120, including the first 30 minutes on site, then $30 per 15 minutes, plus parts. Think gate latches, filter and pump swaps, leak checks, green-waste clean-ups and small paving repairs. Bigger fixes get a fixed quote first.
Can Support at Home funding cover the work?
It might. Support at Home can fund some home maintenance and home modifications for older people. Ask your provider whether your job is covered, and we're happy to work with them.
